Terms of Sale: All bidders must register and receive a bidder’s number prior to the sale. Proper identification is required. All payments must be cash or check – a Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be collected on all purchases. Sales tax exemption number must be presented at registration to qualify for any exemption. No purchases may be removed until paid in full. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All Sales are final. The condition and description of each item is a guide for advertising only. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description of all the items before bidding. Sellers and Auctioneers make no guarantees or warranties, actual or implied. All items in this auction are being sold “AS-IS” and with all faults. In the event of a discrepancy between bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer is final. Bidding increments are determined solely by the Auctioneer. By registering to bid at the auction, bidder acknowledges that he/she has received, read and understand these terms of sale and agree to comply with and be bound by them. All announcements sale day take precedence over advertisements.

Release of Liability
By registering for this auction, Buyer recognizes the inherent dangers associated with this type of auction, and acknowledges his/her recognition of these dangers and the possible existence of dangerous physical conditions upon the premises. Buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer his family, employees, and agents from all claims, suits, losses, personal injuries, deaths, property liability and all other liability resulting directly or indirectly from or on account of activities engaged in by the buyer, buyer’s family and employees while upon the premises before, during and after the auction. This release shall be binding upon the undersigned.
