David Chelf
David Chelf is a native of Warren County Kentucky, attended Western Kentucky University with a degree in History and Agricultural. Graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, Ward Elliott Real Estate Institute, A-Pass Weikel Real Estate Institute and the Certified Auctioneer Institute.
David has been in the real estate auction business since 1990, starting his career with Ron Kirby Sr. in Franklin, Kentucky and continuing his career with Bud Greenup before starting his own firm in 2001. He is currently licensed in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana.
During his auction career David has had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals, municipalities, public and private institutions, law firms and the court systems with their auctions.
